Anne Mottola, originator of the TAC method, is an information architect, an instructor with more than 30 years’ IT experience, holds a B.A. from UT Austin and multiple tech certifications including MOS, MCSE, ITIL, A+, Network+ and CTT+. She’s trained career changers, corporate employees, IT professionals and people who just wanted to try something new.
